Before we can get started, you’ll need to register first. This is completely without obligation, which means you are not committed to anything.
Step 1: Submit the initial application
Start by completing the application form on our website. This helps us understand your background, study requirements, and general internship goals. You can also indicate whether you would like an introductory call before proceeding.
Step 2: Check your inbox
After submitting the form, you will receive an automated email with a link to a more detailed information form. Please also check your spam folder to make sure you don’t miss it.
Step 3: Complete your profile
In the information form, you will be asked to:
-Upload relevant documents (CV, cover letter, proof of enrollment)
-Specify your preferences regarding internship type, duration, and timing
-Confirm the registration by paying the €250 deposit
Step 4 (Optional): Introductory call
If you would like to discuss your situation, expectations, or questions in more detail, you can request an introductory call or schedule one via our contact page. This step is optional but recommended if you are unsure about the process or your options.
Step 5: Matching phase
Once your profile is complete and the deposit has been received, we begin the matching phase. This includes reviewing your profile, identifying suitable companies in Shanghai, and reaching out where there is a realistic potential fit.
Please note that all matches are handled on a case-by-case basis, and timelines may vary depending on availability and suitability.
